What if I don’t see an item I want to book on your website?

All of our inventory is displayed online, however if you are looking for something in particular, and it fits our brand we will be able to source the item for you. Simply reach out to us and we will guide you from there.

Is the price listed on your website the final price I will pay?

In most cases, no. Other fees that may be added to your invoice may include, rush fees, delivery fees, holiday fees, etc.

Why do I see a Security Deposit for Damage on my invoice?

For our most delicate items we usually require a damage deposit between $150 to $500. The full amount of the damage deposit will be returned within 2 business days following your event if there is no damage or loss to the item(s). We ask that you treat our pieces like your own and take all reasonable steps to secure the item(s) from weather elements and other damage, or forfeit your deposit.

How will I know when my booking is confirmed?

To secure the items for your event date, at least 50% of the total invoice amount is required. The balance is required at least 1 week in advance of your event. Booking is not confirmed until deposit is paid and we confirm receipt of your payment.

How do I make payments to IslandGal Farmhouse?

Since you’re here, you can pay on our website. Otherwise, you can send us a bank transfer to our RBC or Commonwealth Bank Acct. For our corporate clients, we accept corporate cheques as well.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change, however if you need to cancel your booking (or any part thereof) the following terms will apply. If your event date changes due to a Covid-related matter, we will re-book you at no cost but there is a chance that your desired items may not be available. If we cannot agree on alternatives, we will refund you the full amount of your paid booking.

Cancellations within:

- 30 days of event date - 15% charge 

- 15 days of event date - 25% charge 

- 7 days of event date - 50% charge

- 48 hours of event date - 75% charge

- 24 hours of event date - no refunds
