While planning our second wedding back in 2016, we couldn’t find many things locally to match our desired theme and style. We were lucky to find an amazing local event planner that worked magic to meet our needs but the options for pieces to bring our vision to life were slim.
As if it was by divine intervention, during the same year throughout the course of our world travels, we found ourselves with opportunities from random people who inspired and encouraged us to bring Islandgal Farmhouse to life.
In February 2019, after a few months of hand-picking rental pieces we launched Islandgal Farmhouse (IGF).
IGF thrives on mixing chic, classic styles with eclectic influences, which pretty much sums up how we would describe ourselves. IGF and what it stands for is essentially an extension of our lifestyle. We love the simplicity of island living, the elegant opulence of vintage, and everything “country”. We truly live our brand and we hope that it shines through in our collections as well as in the way we serve and partner with you.
Gina Co-Owner of Islandgal Farmhouse
Gina is the Creative Director at IGF, and has a keen eye for discovering and designing our unique pieces. Gina is detail-oriented, hard-working, and a natural creative. She has 18 years experience with both corporate and private event planning and design which gives her an edge when working with clients. Gina has three passions - work, travel, and productive leisure. Champagne, she admits, is a very close 4th. She is committed to supporting small businesses, philanthropy, curating memorable moments with family and friends, as well as continuous learning. She is married to her best friend, Sanchez.
Sanchez Co-Owner of Islandgal Farmhouse
Sanchez leads Operations and Logistics at IGF. He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty in the workshop, whether it is the creation, restoration, or maintenance phase. Sanchez’ 20+ years experience in woodworking and building began as a boy assisting his dad, a construction industry veteran. Sanchez is more practical and execution minded, making him the perfect compliment at IGF for his creative dreamer wife, Gina.
